For February 2020 training, we explored round the north side of Liathach and Coire Na Caime before heading back up and over the ridge.

Somehow it's been a week since the team returned home from winter training in Rjukan, Norway! Despite some relatively lean conditions, we got a huge amount of value from the trip - from climbing mileage on classic routes, developing technical winter skills and even some rest day (and evening!) skiing. From THIS ↖️ to ↗️ THIS (swipe right to see the transformation from casualty to carefully packaged patient!)If you heard shouting on Sunday afternoon in Torridon village, don't worry! That was just some excellent mock casualty acting in our final multi casualty scenario of what was a hugely beneficial First Aid weekend. From getting our primary surveys slick, to multiple scenarios across both medical and trauma cases, it was great to get together and practice some key life saving skills in working towards high quality casualty care.
